Changing thought patterns from negative to positive is crucial for healing and empowerment. Negative self-talk can creep in, and over time, it wears us down. My mom says, “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all.” Why is it we don’t ever apply this to ourselves? We are so quick to put ourselves down, be harsh with ourselves, and hold ourselves responsible for things that aren’t our fault. Why is that? These thoughts don’t serve us. They hurt us. This negative self-talk will destroy our self-worth and self-esteem. In coaching, we will work on these negative thought patterns, along with your goals, to improve self-esteem and self-worth to help you become empowered. Your self-confidence and self-compassion will increase, and you will begin to lead your most fulfilling life.

Individual Coaching

Sessions are tailored to your unique needs in a safe space where you can share your experiences, develop a goal plan, and develop strategies to overcome the challenges you face. Accountability check-ins help to keep you on track.

Group Coaching

Connects you with a community of other women who understand your journey. Group Consulting sessions provide a supportive environment where you can share your experiences, learn from others, and build a network of resilience as you begin to take the steps you’ve established in your goal plan.

Support Groups

Offer a safe and compassionate space where women can heal, grow, and thrive together. Connect with other survivors of intimate partner abuse, sexual assault, and religious trauma. Share your journey, find understanding, and build lasting connections. Together, we embrace self-compassion and the path to a brighter future toward healing and empowerment.

Rage Retreats

Are designed to help you release and heal from past traumas. These transformational retreats provide a space for emotional release, self-discovery, and personal growth. Somatic work activities, Sacred Sister Circle, massages, and a Rage Ritual are just a few of the amazing experiences you will encounter at these retreats.

I believe in a holistic approach to change, addressing the mind, body, and spirit to help you rebuild your life. Techniques we may use to bring about change include providing education on how and why your experiences may have come about, somatic work, goal planning, group work, accountability, and lots of encouragement and empowerment activities.
