Reconnect with Yourself. Reclaim Your Life.
Services
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all.
Every person brings a unique story, set of experiences, strengths, and challenges into the therapy room. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
I specialize in helping women, teens, and couples heal from trauma, strengthen their relationships, and reconnect with themselves.
Whether you're navigating the effects of past trauma, struggling in relationships, or simply feeling disconnected from the life you want to live, therapy can help.
Individual Therapy
Sometimes the strategies that helped us survive difficult experiences continue long after the danger has passed. You may find yourself struggling with anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or relationship challenges without fully understanding why.
Individual therapy provides a space to explore these patterns, process painful experiences, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Together, we'll work to help you build self-trust, strengthen emotional resilience, and create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
Trauma Therapy
Trauma can impact far more than memories. It can affect your relationships, self-worth, sense of safety, ability to trust, and connection to yourself.
You may have experienced:
• Sexual assault
• Intimate partner violence
• Emotional abuse
• Childhood trauma
• Religious trauma
• Betrayal or attachment wounds
• Other overwhelming life experiences
Using trauma-focused approaches such as EMDR, somatic therapy, and parts-based work, we'll help your nervous system move beyond survival and create space for healing, growth, and renewed connection.
Teen Therapy
Being a teenager is challenging even under the best circumstances. When trauma, anxiety, family conflict, bullying, grief, or difficult life experiences are added to the mix, it can feel overwhelming.
I help teens develop healthy coping skills, process difficult experiences, improve self-esteem, and build confidence in themselves and their future.
My approach balances genuine connection with practical tools that support lasting growth and resilience.
Trauma-Informed Couples Therapy
Trauma doesn't only affect individuals. It often impacts communication, trust, intimacy, conflict, and emotional connection within relationships.
When one or both partners have experienced trauma, traditional relationship advice may not address the deeper dynamics at play.
In couples therapy, we work to understand how past experiences influence present relationship patterns, strengthen communication, increase emotional safety, and build healthier ways of connecting with one another.
My focus is helping couples move from cycles of frustration and disconnection toward greater understanding, trust, and partnership.
You don't have to figure it all out before reaching out.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something to change, therapy can be a place to begin.
