Experience the healing power of community in a Support Group.

Strength in Community. Healing Together.

Women of all walks of life come together to support one another through difficult times in support groups. In these groups, they are provided the opportunity to open up and share the experiences they have endured and seek out the wisdom of others (if desired). Support groups are carefully facilitated to ensure they are advice free and judgement free zones. Support groups are curated and have weekly themes to discuss for educational and personal growth.

Find understanding, compassion, and encouragement with others who have walked a similar path.

Healing is often most effective when shared with others who understand your journey. Support groups provide a compassionate and welcoming space for women who have experienced intimate partner abuse, sexual assault, and religious trauma to come together, connect, and embark on their healing journeys as a community.

Support groups are designed to empower you through connection. In these groups, you'll have the opportunity to benefit from the validation and empathy of others who have faced similar challenges. You will forge meaningful connections with fellow survivors who will become an essential part of your support network. Addressing the mind-body connection, we incorporate somatic work to help you release physical and emotional tension associated with trauma. Support groups are designed to help you regain a sense of agency, build resilience, and foster personal growth.

How are Support Groups different from Group Coaching?

Support groups provide support. They are a fantastic resource for peer-to-peer support. Participants are encouraged to share only as much as they are comfortable sharing in this safe space. The Support Groups are facilitated to be advice free for participants. Group Coaching is a process to problem solve and set goals.
